Terms and Conditions – 345pk Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the 345pk platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting section, live casino, fish games, bingo rooms, or any associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply at all times during your use of 345pk. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 345pk you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of anyone employed by 345pk or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from 345pk.
• You are using your own funds for all deposits and are not acting on behalf of a third party.

345pk reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Verification documents may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other accepted government-issued ID. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending review. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to be ineligible may be voided.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 345pk. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same identity, same mobile number, same payment method or same device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are discovered, 345pk may merge or close the additional accounts, and any bonuses received on duplicate accounts will be voided.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 345pk will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including live chat, email or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow any other person to use your account.
• 345pk may close an account at any time if fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity is identified.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 345pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and standard bank transfer. 345pk does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with JazzCash or Easypaisa directly if you are unsure.

Deposits are credited to your 345pk balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically confirm within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times apply, and 345pk will communicate the expected timeframe for your chosen withdrawal method. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• 345pk may request verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a defined threshold.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without gaming activity may be treated as an attempt to abuse the system.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

345pk offers bonuses, promotions and reload offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum win caps. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer details.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period. Uncompleted wagering results in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• 345pk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed, or to amend ongoing promotional terms with reasonable notice.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through matched betting with low-risk positions across multiple accounts or using strategies that exploit offer structures — will result in bonus removal and may lead to account suspension.

VIP members at 345pk receive additional bonus benefits based on their tier level. VIP-specific terms are available within the VIP section of the platform and supplement these general bonus conditions.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 345pk are subject to the general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules applicable to the event. By placing a bet you confirm acceptance of the relevant rules.

• Bets are confirmed at the time of placement and cannot be cancelled after confirmation except where the cash-out feature is available and the bet qualifies.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned without a result, bets may be voided and stakes returned — this depends on the sport, competition and specific rules as documented within the betting section.
• 345pk reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error occurred. This includes cases where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or manual error.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• In-play betting markets operate under the same general rules as pre-match markets, with additional considerations for the timing of bet placement relative to live match events.
• Accumulator bets that include a voided selection will have that selection removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining selections.

7 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, fish shooting games, bingo rooms and other game formats available on 345pk operate according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game or room before you begin playing.

Live casino tables are operated in real time with human dealers. Technical disconnections during a live game are handled according to the game provider's disconnection policy. 345pk is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet provider or device.

Bingo games are governed by the rules of the specific room format (90-ball, 75-ball, speed bingo). Prize splits apply when multiple players complete a winning pattern on the same called number. All prizes are awarded automatically at game end.

Fish shooting games use a credit-based mechanic where your PKR balance is converted at a set rate within the game environment. All game credits correspond to real PKR value and any winnings are converted back and credited to your main balance.

8 Player Conduct

All players are expected to interact with 345pk and other users in a respectful and fair manner. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Abusive, threatening or discriminatory communication directed at support staff or other players through the platform's chat features.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or incorrect odds to place bets or claims that the platform would not otherwise allow.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Any attempt to launder funds or use the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

345pk monitors activity on the platform and will investigate accounts where suspicious patterns are identified. Accounts found to be in breach of conduct rules may be suspended, restricted or permanently closed. Funds in accounts closed for conduct violations may be withheld pending investigation.

9 Privacy and Data

345pk collects and processes personal data necessary for account management, transaction processing, identity verification and platform improvement. The full details of how your data is collected, stored and used are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account you consent to 345pk processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through your account settings without affecting your ability to use the platform.

345pk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash and Easypaisa systems) and identity verification providers as required to operate the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

345pk is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available within your account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR limits on how much you can add to your account.
• Session reminders: Configure notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in or access any part of the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

345pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability. 345pk will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

To the extent permitted, 345pk's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in the player's account at the time a claim arises. 345pk is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including during any period of technical downtime.
• Losses resulting from errors in bet placement made by the player.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the value of your account balance.

Nothing in these terms limits 345pk's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12 Changes to These Terms

345pk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in how the platform operates, updates to applicable rules, or in response to user feedback. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account, or through a notification displayed on the platform at login.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
